Description:

Our client is a leading veterinary teleradiology provider in the US offering expert interpretation of X-rays, CT, MRI, and ultrasound studies. The company delivers fast, reliable diagnostic reports from board-certified radiologists to support veterinarians in clinical decision-making. Their mission is to provide veterinary practices with fast, expert, and affordable diagnostic imaging interpretations, ensuring high-quality radiology support whenever needed. The company’s platform leverages computer vision, and machine learning to power help radiologists to make fast and informant decisions. 

We are looking for a Fullstack engineer to be a part of the growing team. You’ll contribute across the full stack - from backend APIs and database design to frontend integration - helping to build scalable and performant features as the company scales. 

This opportunity suits a motivated engineer who is eager to take ownership, full control over existing solutions and together with other architects build a new technical strategy for the project. The team values fast iteration and a discovery-driven approach, so the ability to work autonomously and adapt quickly is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain new solution
• Migrate from the legacy architecture
• Design, optimize communication with database
• Help to build a technical strategy moving forward for the project
• Collaborate with product and data teams to turn ideas into scalable features
• Contribute to architectural decisions and improve platform performance

Candidate Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Fullstack engineer  in professional settings
• Solid experience with Node.js and React
• Good understanding of relational databases (MSSQL, PostgreSQL) and noSql databases (MongoDB or similar)
• Experience designing and optimizing database schemas and queries
• Experience with modern frontend development (React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
• Strong knowledge of AWS and experience with IaC such as terraform
• Experience with using modern AI tools like Claude, Cursor and etc

Nice to have (not required)

• Knowledge of data visualization or analytics tools
• Exposure to scaling high-traffic or data-intensive applications
• Domain knowledge - health and radiology

Other:

Abilities to learn new things and not be afraid to ask questions are a must. Direct communication with the end client, so English skills should be on a sufficient level.
